Puzzle Pieces
Breath...seems to be life. Seems to be...the way, how to be shown the way, and how all of life is animated. Or perhaps there is no life without breath...The mechanics, the inner workings, the beautiful intricate intelligence that powers the breathing apparatus, functions so easily, so effortlessly, without any work...literally just the subconscious desire and/or all the elements/systems needing that oxygen to keep going, to keep growing, to keep sticking to those bonds that are magnetically pulling them all together to create this seemingly platonically solid Avatar/Vessel.. Attracting that next breath is seemingly what the act of living boils down to, on its most basic level, that's what this mind and lens of consciousness thinks.
Lately, Pranayama has attracted my consciousness more than most any other breathing style. I love the sensation of the alternating nasal breath and Skull Fu.. I mean skull breathing hehehe. Maybe it's the gentle inflating from the bottom of the gut / Sacral Region, breathing thru the reproductive organ and down into the Root Chakra, maybe it's the intuitiveness of that Life Force then moving through the back body and ascending to the Heavens aka the Crown Chakra and, into the shared consciousness space which you may or may not consider another Chakra. Is that ego that wants to feel the effects of more Life Force pushing up the energetic and physical bodies? Is it from ego to want to ascend as much Life Force upward as possible? Or is that coming from a Divine space, perhaps even a Dharma or duty? Intuition says it can be either depending on why I'm choosing to observe that process.. Maybe I, the Divine Spark in all of us, is admiring the beauty of what the Supreme Universal Intelligence has created...Maybe observing the pulsating, the electromagnetic power within our fingertips, hearts, and throughout these Avatars, is one of the greatest joys and feelings of self empowerment that can easily remind us who have and shift those who haven't experienced that feeling before, that we are not just animals meant to work all day, eat for comfort, mate for comfort, watch television to numb how unnatural that way of living is, drink, smoke, you know... maybe... I can only speak for me when I say that feeling of different parts of the body vibrating, feeling more parts of the being connect with self, the skull going ice cold feeling illuminated with what we hold as higher consciousness....these are my favorite sensations. For me they come mostly when I'm journeying through breath and/or expressing self, be it through writing, moving the body, during the occasional hard drive wipe aka eating psilocybin LOL...whatever gets the electromagnetic waves we call thoughts and feelings moving out making ripples in the Universe, literally shifting our realities.
Mind thinks this may be because past the thoughts, past the feelings, past the "day-to-day" routines, in our chewy soft nougat center, seems that spirit wants not, spirit needs not. If that's true, is the root of all desire born in the physical realm? Meaning, would we actually want anything, at our core, within our Divine makeup? Hmm... Well, seemingly in our Creatorship and/or the Universal Intelligence, created this existence. But not necessarily the lifestyle most people live, such as ongoing expenses and domestication that brings this ongoing cost to just live in the physical realm... I don't think that was something we all wanted, that seems to go back to post WWII when every aspect of life was industrialized, or in other words, everyone was worried about not being able to feed their families and instead of directly solving that, those more interested in gaining more for themselves than helping fellow humans, decided to create a lifestyle where people are willing to spend a ton of their moments building someone else's dream so they too can feed their families. So what would happen if we all rewrote our narratives to convince our own subconscious and the collective Mitote (Don Miguel Ruiz) that we have no true desires except love, peace, journeying, creating, and rebuilding the beautiful symbiotic relationships with Mother Nature, the Sun, the Moon, the animals, the plants... what would happen externally if we all decluttered all of the distractions? What would happen if we expressed to the Universe that we truly believe that all we need to do to live a fulfilled life is dedication to fulfilling our Dharmas or highest duties that are engrained in all of our versions? Would everything else melt away? Would industries collapse? Would most people be into that? Would there perhaps be a schism, a split, where those who wanted to stay in that capitalism system would stay, and those willing to search deep within and declutter all the nonsensical food and convenience items and whatever else gets us distracted from fulfilling purpose? Would that perhaps serve humanity, the planet, and all life here best? This mind and lens of consciousness believes so; it would probably still not be the idealistic no-plastic, no landfill, no pollution, no ocean and land damaging, all animals feeling safe kind of existence that I hope we return to, but progress is progress and as more people make the shift, the impacts exponentially increase, right.
All of those tangents aside lol, this mind thinks the next question becomes, how do we transmit or download the wisdom of what worldly activities fulfill our Dharmas or highest callings? How to know which activities will have the cumulative resonance to bring about this level of self actualization and realization? Well...that probably depends on how far we are willing to go, how locked in we are to the modern conveniences and lack of effort it requires to build a life where almost everything can be done for you, and in fact that is seen by many as living smart or desirable leverage. If you can go purchase food items and other convenience items that have packaging that will become trash or recycling, and you don't feel any typa way about it, or if you can witness the ocean being polluted with garbage and see birds choke on plastic bags in landfills, or if you just plain ignore that and feel good about your choice, then we probably will not resonate much from this point forward in this life. Because I have a very near and dear relationship with Mother Earth, all animals, plant life, all nature, and I think it is absolutely disgusting what we have done to this beautiful planet. If you read that and your thought is, wow that's negative or anything like that, know that I used to live that way too. I used to cater and go buy items that came in plastic and all of those materials, I used to feel just fine doing it too, because the thought was, I have to work and do blah blah blah, how can I spend all that time making everything from scratch... So I get it, I really do. I always cared about the environment and all, but what changed me to not being willing to live that way anymore, was when I began gardening. By no means am I an expert, but learning about composting got me so interested in it that I started only wanting to use materials that I could either reuse tons and tons of times or that were compostable, meaning it can be turned into soil to grow food. Total game changer, and if you would like any guidance on how to do that please don't hesitate to reach out. I can direct you to an amazing organic soil producer, I can help you strategize how to make it work for you and your household, even if you don't want to have a bucket of food scraps in your kitchen. But that is an option too; the same organic soil producer I can direct you to has a neighborhood compost bucket pickup service and they will even give you back a bucket of soil once a month or something like that in exchange.
What is the point of this piece? Who knows, hah! For me, the point is simply to express whatever comes out. I don't filter my writing, it just flows out, and it's mostly for me because I need creative expression. I find that journaling and writing in some capacity every single fresh period of light is a non-negotiable because unless I'm literally recording a podcast conversation with myself on the daily, there's so much going on in the mind that, if I don't express it somehow, it finds its own ways of expressing itself, and I love living an intentional life. When I witness Jai's decisions, actions, etc. I find such fulfillment in the ones that I would do the exact same way time and time again, because that points me to what my true nature really wants. What has it taken in order to move closer to this reality? First off, decluttering the body from all the foods that are clouding judgment, and re-introducing the nutrients that the body needs to thrive. Potassium, sodium, and magnesium make up the three widely known components in what we call electrolytes. These along with drinking plenty of water are absolutely essential because good luck thinking straight with a headache or feeling the effects of dehydration.. I've been there, trust me, working outside last year underestimating the effects of picking fruit off of tall citrus trees.. one day I totally underestimated that and ended up throwing up, something I would've never imagined would happen to me after how many times I've worked outside. But it happened. And from that moment on I never ignored my body's needs again. Then I added the Antibiotic Turmeric Tea upon rising every fresh period of light, and now that tea contains turmeric, freshly grated ginger, salt, pepper to activate the curcumin in the turmeric, clove for the oral health, cinnamon for the abundance and tons of other bodily benefits, then the mugwart to detox the digestive system, liver, etc. fresh squeezed lemon for the vitamin c and zestyness, fresh squeezed orange also for the vitamin c but also to open the chest heart and lungs. and a little ghee to start the day with a healthy fat. Starting each period of light with this alchemized beverage feeds the body, detoxes the body, gets a really nice poop brewing which you must know by now is essential lol... and the mind also gets a kickstart just like all the systems. The nutrition piece is huge with this topic, we don't even realize all the garbage we are putting in our bodies until we declutter them. So please, get in touch with me if you need help with strategizing your daily regiment, and I do also offer some different tea powder mixes if you'd rather just come get it for a very reasonable price. I'm not interested in getting rich, I know the Universe provides, all I'm doing these days is extending the same habits, foods, exercises, etc.. that have helped to rebuild me from the ground up. And it is my number one belief about this life that if we all just do that, there will be enough value we can share with the World that all of our needs are met, and then we'll actually be able to live and enjoy these moments instead of constantly being pulled away from our nature and forgetting to celebrate the uniquely beautiful 1-of-1 puzzle pieces that we all are. I love you.
